Standard bank dashboard problem, please help

Update: had to go into the bank for help, seems like you have to have a consultant make the changes for you as the app won't let you. You also cannot have more than one credit card on the dashboard. If you have two dashboards it's almost as if you are living two separate lives because neither dashboard can interact with each other, you cannot transfer money from an account on one dashboard to an account on another dashboard. Very inconvenient and frustrating and possibly life-threatening if you desperately needed the app to help you in a crisis.


Please could someone who knows more than me help: I cannot transfer money from my debit/savings account to my credit card on the Standard Bank app. I recently lost my cards and had to apply for new cards. Got my new credit card but it was not showing on my app. Went into the bank. They told me to add my credit card on another dashboard, which is separate to the main dashboard which shows the main savings account. They told me I will have to toggle between the two dashboards to see my main account and the credit card account. I was annoyed because in the past I could see all my cards on one main dashboard. Tried to move money from the main account to the credit card and the credit card won't show up as an option to transfer funds to. It's like the card doesn't exist to my main account. The app however does show my other accounts including a credit card that I am a secondary person on (my parents had signed me up as a second beneficiary on their card but I don't even use it). How do I see the credit card again on the main dashboard and transfer funds from my main account? Any help would be really appreciated!
