Standard Bank Down Again

Anybody able to access any Standard Bank portals? I'm trying to buy prepaid electricity and can't login to internet banking. I've tried on two cell phones as well a my laptop, but no luck. I tried using easypay.co.za, but the credit card payment goes through 3D Secure and it's not giving me the OTP I need to continue the transaction. :mad:
 
Finally managed to get through to card division and they suggest I sit in the dark while their IT experts (and I use the term lightly) check things out and try again in an hour. Guess it's time to find another bank on Monday.
 
Why do want to buy electricity at this time of the day :p ? BTW you are lucky that you can do it online, we at Buffalo City still waiting for that privilege :erm:

Isn't this process managed by BankServe ?
 
All systems are go this morning, but this type of unexpected down time is becoming all to common with Standard Bank.

Wonder what the reason was this time.
