Can't draw money from a SB ATM in the whole of Bloemfontein.

Good question. When I was with SB they locked my accounts out of the blue and never let me know that I need to update my FICA Documents

Why not?

No idea. But its not just me. Tried at a SB ATM at a Shell service station. Was rejected due to "technical problems". Got in my car and drove to the big SB branch. Same thing. Noticed other people at the ATMs next to me were also not leaving with any money, and going into the bank with just the receipt.

No. I am still able to do EFTs from my account so I doubt my account is blocked.

Also, other people also seem to have this problem as nobody at the branch ATMs left with cash.

Do like I do and have both... it's not like you earn ebucks on ATM withdrawals.
