Standard Bank internet banking problems

Hi Guys

Is anybody experiencing problems logging on to Standard Bank internet banking. I'm entering my details but it continuously says its incorrrect, I have asked a colleague to check her's aswell but same problem.
 
I'm starting to hate this bank more and more, 2 weeks ago I received my new card. So I go to atm to pull cash and it works, but everytime I want to swipe at a merchant it tells me my pin is incorrect. I call their call centre the lady politely tells me all the cards issues in the last month is faulty they will send me a new one, so if I didn't call I would never have know hey. I will be moving to FNB soon.
 
Check the expiry date on your card.

EDIT: Ah! You also having the same issues as Mrs. Fudzy, move to FNB dude you won't look back.

standard bank banking app now on app stores --- if you didnt know :-)
 
Only time I got this problem is if I entered incorrect or my card expired, don't know about you.

I've moved to FNB but still have some accounts open with STD. I installed the banking app this morning and it doesn't look to bad. Good work from them. It came a little too late for me though
 
I'm too scared to even use the Android app, we have a branch in our building I will go see what's up later.
 
Amazing how many from FNB are in here reading about Standard Bank.
 
I'm moving to another bank as soon as I graduate! So far FNB is top of my list.
STB's website looks old, and they have an app?? Why didn't they say so!?
Only trouble I have with their website is that the log-out button sometimes doesn't work.

same thing happened last wekk. i was like :wtf: its the right pin. waitress looking at me like i had a cloned card. cheque djy its my card. went through the 3rd time i think. idiots. i had a whole episode with the idiots recently. im getting upset all over again!:mad:
