Standard Bank partially offline?

Anyone else see Standatd Bank ATMS and OTP has been offline this evening?

My luck I raced to Pick 'n Pay at 7:45pm to go draw some cash to have it declined, on my way home I drove past the bank only to see all the machines with the red screen of death.

Now its 11:09pm and I cannot even get an OTP from them.
