On the 2017 december i lost my green ID book and other valuable staff including my qualifications. A year later i was called and told that i have accounts but i knew non of those accounts. I have managed to close all other accounts but i am struggling with standard bank fraud account. I have been struggling since 2018 with standard bank .i submitted affidavid, certified copy of my id, proof of residence and Online HANIS from home affairs and i have dealt with negetive listing from SAFPS. Every time i go to standard bank branch for an update, i get different answers. They are telling me to contact SAFPS of which i have done that, yesterday i was told to go yo home affairs and get online HANIS but i submitted those documents long time ago and i still have the email copy as it was sent buy one of their branch assistant. Its been two year now and i am confused as i cannot do anything due to bad credit score. Is there any other approach to fight this issue. Please assist.
