I am a proud new owner of the Coolermaster 690 II Advanced and I am very happy with it :) One problem is though I am going for a green-themed pc and the blue LED fan at the front kinda interrupts it... I was wondering if I anyone could tell me whether I could get hold of the same fan except with green lights (with the ability to switch the lights off etc.). I have searched on Google but I can only find the dimensions of the fan, not the model number or name.
Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

Grats dude, I got the same case, awesome awesome awesome. Love it. Great airflow, great looks, nice and spacious. enjoy it

It isn't that one, since it is a 140mm fan. It is this one: http://www.coolermaster.nl/shop/product_info.php?cPath=67&products_id=649&osCsid=q3kfrp1i0lp71aatbtupp5iuv2 and is only sold as spare/replacement (i.e. through CM store), afaik.

I haven't had a detailed look at my front bezel, but I think the 690 II has spacing for a 120mm fan, but CM only seems to sell the above fans with on/off control in blue. I think you're really going to struggle to find a 140mm green led fan in this country, let alone with a switch. You might want to see if you can replace the LEDs on your fan with green ones or get a 120mm green LED fan and add the cable to create the on/off control, since I'm pretty sure the switch is just an ordinary open/closed circuit. Edit: I suppose I should mention here that modding a 120mm LED fan to use the switch is going to rely on the fan LEDs being in series.

True, ya forgot it was a 140mm. but there is space for a 120mm fan in the front of the case. I would just change the LEDs.. Very easy.. They pop out with ease. just buy 4mm or 5mm LEDs and pop them back in and reconnect.
5mm might be to big but it worked on one of my other fans, 4mm would be a safer bet...

Would I be able to get those green LED's at any hardware store? And in what region would they cost?
