Standerton Cops

You guys who travel through Standerton, there's a cop with a gold tooth and a cheeky grin who openly offers 'discounted' fines for speeding. Funnily enough he won't give a receipt. Writes up the fine in the book though...

He's done me on two of the last three occasions I drove through.
