Stanlib - Trouble when withdrawing funds or closing account?

Anybody have bad experiences with them regarding this?
Currently I am struggling to get my money out and they dont let me know that they still need something else, I have to phone them and check.

Process is pretty simple?
Fill out form.
Mail to StanLib. Call to confirm they recieved the instruction.
Wait 3-5 days.
