@Chevron Have you pledged yet? I'm not really convinced by Star Citizen yet. Not enough news about exploration, from interstellar to planetary, which is what got me interested in this game in the first place. No Man's Sky actually seems more fun to me than Star Citizen atm. This game looks more and more hardcore every time I check it out. It's probably going to be more complex than real life.

Seems you been playing around a bit with star citizen. I got the Omega R9 with my 3 free games. Do you know I can play with cant seem to choose it in the arena commander.

You should read up on the game a bit more.
There are so many roles that you can really do your own thing. You don't need to amass this vast empire. You can be a bounty hunter and only need 1 ship or even ferry people in a cruise liner.
You even get a slider in game so you can adjust to whether you prefer more PvE or PVP.
Then of course there's still the Squadron 42 Single player.
I definitely believe him.

Arena commander only have a few ships for now while they testing. Remember this game is still in Aplha. Not even beta. Lots more still to get added.
They working on releasing the planetside module next.

Physical Rear Admiral Package (Constellation)
Freelancer
Super Hornet Upgrade
Military Hornet Upgrade
Lifetime insurance on all my ships because I got in there really early (like...around the time they swapped over from the kickstarter website to this one).
Been some nice ships that have come available since I bought these, but I just can't bring myself to spend more money on a game that isn't out yet.
I've considered trading in my packages for some different ships as well, but I would lose the lifetime insurance then which is no good.
Can't wait for the game to come out though. My only concern is that the fact that they're including such a large ground element means that we'll land up with an average or good everything, but excellent nothing....which would be *** because there would always be another game that's better at doing whatever you can do in this game. Like Spore all over again.
I'm cautiously optimistic that they're going to make an awesome game though. It's been a while since my jaw has dropped like it has in some of the tech demos that they've released.

damn i love the take on top gear on the M50. and this game looks amazing!!

Looks awesome but I have some doubts about their ability to execute. It seems a little ambitious. Much like No Mans Land...looks great...just pray they pull it off.
