Funny though, they can, the day there is some licensing dispute.

These days the only way to preserve a game is to crack it, even physical copies are useless the day the auth server goes nope.

True. I see Todd said that TES6 may be his last game too. I think he may be stepping up in the organization. As much as people dissed Todd, every title he has directed, as broken as it may have been at launch, is a success story.

True, I am not dishing the game at all. I enjoyed all of them From Morrowind to Fallout 4

But that said I still have physical copies of Oblivion & New Vegas (PS3) that you can not play, without patching 1st.

I dont mind people who early access. As long as they have tested and fixed everything by the time I buy.

I have the hard copies too. It took me a long time to get Oblivion's Shivering Isles. I kinda miss those days, not because it was physical copies, but because how much detail was put into the extra content. Although this is all digital today, it is not the same. Some games came with some good story books, guides, maps, etc. Now you have to buy the collector editions which do not always ship with the game

There are some publishers selling old box copies. Apogee currently has an auction, and people love it. They are still advertising on social media.

Looks like the international store version is sold out. $278 for PC version. That is a lot of money, but you get a kind of smart watch with it

Yeah even at R1,102.99 from fanatical it still needs to release with good reviews before I budge. For digital stuff there is never any reason to pre-order.
