Starting Plasma Up

Hi everybody

Bought myself a Panasonic TH-P50U30Q over the weekend .

I have connected it. Now I have read that you should "break in" a plasma screen between 100-200Hrs.

How would i do that? Should I just let a movie run on repeat without black bars or cycle pictures?

Any advice would be of great help.

Run for 100 hours at half brightness/contrast. You can just leave it on a TV station over night for a few days.
