I've started a small business where I make websites, now with about 10 small business clients I'm looking into expanding my packages, services and offerings.
I've looked at about 100 of my competitors.
Now each of them have different ways of going about their services, offerings, quality and prices.
I've spoken to agencies internationally in web design and agency or freelancer community discords. (Though they have different pros & cons vs. the local ones)
Do you know of a local community for web freelancers to learn, share ideas preferably in a Discord format. I don't really see active forum topics here on it.
I'd like to learn more about what sells locally for what prices, relating to web. So that I can position myself better based on my skills level for x price bracket.
