State capture inquiry begins

As interesting as the spy stuff is... what does it have to do with state corruption?

So predictable... naturally, it's all some vast grand conspiracy against him going back decades.

Looking at the current posts on social-media, I'd say that Zuma's diversion tactics are working beautifully.

Thankfully social media is not a court of law or a judicial enquiry or this commission... Social media is populated by retards.

LOL, they gave the racist savage the boot.

WATCH | Andile Mgxitama barred from Zondo Commission

The Black First Land first party was denied access to the state capture inquiry in Parktown, Johannesburg, on Monday allegedly for wearing party regalia.

Members wanted to attend proceedings to support former president Jacob Zuma who is testifying at the inquiry.

BLF president Andile Mgxitama accused the commission of being an "attack against black people".

"Where is white corruption? They are only using this commission to settle political scores against those who believe in radical economic transformation, specifically black people," he said.

Agrizzi and Watson...and more. He conveniently forgets this commission, sanctioned by Zuma himself, deals with "State Capture".

"Zuma was forced by others to appoint him". Zuma never takes responsibility for any of his actions.
Except this time he'll be asked for names. Who are these others? Who are these enemies? Who are these dark forces?

He's not going to be able to get away with the usual rubbish that he babbles on about with his supporters...

The commission has a rule that if you're going to implicate people they should be forewarned, no? So he may have wriggle room.

Surprise, surprise, JZ is not prepared for questions...

If that's the case then Zuma is already guilty of breaching the rules.
Former justice minister and anti-apartheid activist Penuell Maduna has hit back at former president Jacob Zuma, saying it is "a blatant lie" that he allegedly asked businessman Mzi Khumalo for money to entice the former president to retire from politics.

He's created such a mess for himself, that whatever he says or does, will see him guilty of something...

I still want to see prosecution happen. The Zondo Commission may still go nowhere, and all they really can do is make a conclusion, report on and make recommendations – it is an inquiry. Once concluded the commission shall submit its report and recommendation to the president, and I believe they have 180 days since commencement to do so.

They can ask to have any matter prosecuted, investigated or to have a matter separately enquired.

Zuma will be cross-examined, and he will be ‘legally’ trained by his legal representatives to be examined by the commission. Expecting certain case-based question and how to appropriately answer them without being incriminated.

He can get away with the Zondo Commission, the question is whether he will be prosecuted and whether he will get away with the prosecution.

He reminds me of the SARS IT head. She went off about all other irrelevant things to distract people from focusing on her competence so they don't look into her fake qualification. She succeeded as the SARS commission never looked into it but just commented on her absurd behavior. Zuma is doing the same. Throwing out conspiracy theories, speculation and other irrelevant crap. He is an awful witness. His comment of not auctioning table mountain is straight out of the SARS IT head playbook. He is playing political games instead of being a witness.
