Delay tactics is their plan of course but I think in this case he will continue and then he can say "look, my lawyer warned me but I have nothing to fear etc" - will help with selling socks...

On a more serious side, what happens to his life of luxury Pres pension and so forth if he is found guilty now?

That I know they can only make recommendations, but as far as I understand it he wont loose his benefits, as they will have to charge him in his personal capacity after this commission
