This is really waste of time. This looks all a big speculation. Zuma is not stupid to directly receive cash payment and there will be multiple layers to this transaction.

He stressed the source of the information had told the panel that he was certain the money had been given to Mahlobo, but he could not confirm that he had witnessed Zuma receiving it. Mufamadi added that his panel had been told there were receipts for the money received by Mahlobo, but they had not seen it.

That's the clickbait headline. Other parts of his testimony were more relevant to the role of the SSA (post 2008) in State Capture. Mufamadi led a secret inquiry into the SSA:

We knew that. It seems the SSA are even less likely to face consequences than the other looters and abusers. It seems this new admin prefers to bury the dirt in the name of "national security" which seems to be why they kept Fraser. To have him in the tent pissing out than in. As if we have any state security secrets that enemies haven't plundered given the chaos reigning in the intelligence community.
