While the exact cause of the issue cannot be conclusively identified at this stage, speculation about a hardware fault with Kyocera equipment can be excluded. Network engineers and various departments including local and international suppliers are collaborating to resolve the problem. The incident has escalated in priority and will be resolved as speedily as possible. iBurst is aware of the impact this issue is having on Kempton Park subscribers and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.
