Static IP address on Openserve fibre line - which ISP?

I need a static IP to get whitelisted to my work VPN from home, but Webafrica say they don't offer this as a service.

"Thank you for your contacting us.
No we don't offer Static service for residential and business client's"

Do any other ISPs offer this?

Axxess also offers a static ip for a monthly fee if I'm not mistaken.
