Static IP

I'm looking for a ISP's that offer static ip's with their ADSL packages, and I wanna know if you only get static ip with uncapped accounts?

At SAOL.com we only offer static ip addresses on our Business (uncapped) ADSL accounts. You may be hard pressed to find an sp that will offer a static ip address on a normal ADSL account. You are most welcome to PM me if you need more info.

I can't offer you a static IP account, but do you mind me asking what you need a static IP for? Could you not use a static DNS system (OpenWeb IS accounts offer this feature) and reference things to your hostname (which is updated instantly when you sign into the account)?
