Status Quo's Rick Parfitt dies

Status Quo guitarist Rick Parfitt has died in hospital in Spain aged 68, his manager has said.

In October, he said he would no longer be performing with his band after suffering from a heart attack in the summer.

Very sad, but they are getting on. 2017 is likely to see even more old rockers and other entertainers shuffling off the mortal coil, so to speak. If they where in their early 20's in the sixties, they are now hitting their 70's+ after some hard living. Actually a miracle they have made it this far.
