stay away from supersonic

For anyone contemplating signing up with supersonic, I would advise that you steer clear completely. I have a new 15/15 installation with them and octotel. The line is unstable. Speeds drop to 2mbps even when plugged directly into the ONT. I logged a fault with support, they called me a few days later but I missed the call. I called back and was told the technicians would get back to me. A few days later now I called back as I hadn't received another call nor any feedback and was told the ticket had been closed. It's impossible to speak to anyone who is able to help in any concrete way. Calls are requested, but managers are unresponsive. And now, they require a calendar month notice in order to cancel.

Totally consistent with my experience with Supersonic... just add triple invoicing and debit-orders into the fray and imagine the joy... at ridiculous monthly costs...
