Cant view statements ,nothing. Anynone else? Just get "Technical error - please try later"
 
Yup. Happens pretty much every day now for extended periods of time. Just try again in an hour or so.
 
Im not getting OTP codes for once off payments... works fine on any other page though... Phoned them and they have reported it... still wasted 20 mins of my day.

Should fire the devs...
 
I've been with Standard for years, and use Internet Banking every 3 days or so, never experienced the issues mentioned here...
 
I also run into the Technical error message regularly when using the phone app. Haven't logged in via the pc for the last week or so.
 
They are running a survey through a 3rd party regarding this. Seems they know there is a problem.

Atlantic you can login. Been trouble shooting an issue with my card for 2 months now. Mobile app works. Everything else. Nope..

everything works for me except prepaid electricity and now more recently getting OTPs for payments :/ OTPs work fine on everything else such as editing my profile and such...

They have a mobile app? :?

Edit: found it! I wonder why they didnt just put a link to the respective apps? :/
