Steakmatured for 180 days

That's revolting. I don't trust the state of that meat one bit.

If meat were to be palatable and digestible by modern day human beings it has to be prepared in a way better than just ROTTING.

That's what that meat is!!!

Done this many times before at home. Longest I've done is 90 days. Delicious...
 
Looks good, I like all sorts of hams and salami's that are aged for long periods this is just another type of meat.

Uhm, huge difference between cured meats and fermented meats and just old plain rotting meats.
