Steam Account Problems

Hi Guys,

I've have a small problem with my Steam Account.
The problem is I have my username and password that I want to change, but to change the username I need to access my email address linked to the account which I don't have anymore.

I've have the following:
1. Username
2. Password
3. Old Email(that I want to change)
4. Disks of my Half-Life 2 and CSS linked to my account

So how can I change my email address for my Steam Account to my new one without having access to my old Steam Account Email?

If you happen to have the Key's to those games it could maybe be possible. If you can't prove its your account steam wont do anything.

Email them your cdkeys, they can then check to which account your keys are linked to. If you can also provide proof of purchase for those games' keys, then they should be able to help you.

Yes, they do want actual photos of the jewel case with the cd key on, as proof. They should be able to clearly see the key as well.
