Steam connection problem

Hey all, it's been a while.

So not to long ago I encountered a problem. When I open steam I can only view my games. If I try to go to another tab (store, community ect.) a Mweb login screen appears. I live in a commune so don't know the account login details if that is even what I should enter. The chat works so I can see other people online and play multiplayer. When I try to open the steam website I get the same login screen.

Anyone had this problem before or know what is the problem?

What you are saying is that a steam login results in a mweb login? If it is not truly a mweb login then I suspect malicious software got its roots on your computer.
This is the first I hear something like this happening.
Is MWeb your ISP?
Are you connecting wireless to the internet?

If it is the commune's internet that you are connecting to, ask for the network infrastructure admin for some details.

That is all that I can think about.

Possibly an issue with the data account, try a different ISP if you can.
