Is there a way i can play Counter strike source online in off line mode? Because i have a local only account, and i use that with a international 5gb in route sentry. but the international account got capped, so is there a way i can play online in off line mode?

crysis, unfortunately not I'm afraid. The offline mode is specfically meant for offline play (no internet connection) at LANs. You can try logging in with that local account of yours, but the authentication will be very slow....you need to be patient, bcause I think openweb limits the intl browse speed of a local account to something like 64k or even slower.. i may be wrong, but give it a shot.
