Steam login problem?

Has anyone had steam login problems today? Mine doesnt seem to want to start.

I just logged into Steam without a problem. Busy updating TF2 as we speak.

Have tried the 'delete your clientregistry.blob and then start Steam' solution that is so frequently suggested on the Steam forums? It did the trick for me once before.
