Is there anyway to tell how big the downloads are for Portal and COD4 when purchasing the games on Steam?

IMO purchase CoD4 from a Store here in S.A it's cheaper. as for thier size I am not to sure :confused:

Call of Duty 4
R 270 @ take2
±R 350 @ Steam
 
Portal is 985mb on Steam. My COD4 is over 6 gb so I don't think it is worth downloading from steam.
 
Thanks, looks like Portal from Steam, and COD4 from take2 then! :D
