Steam Stream Remote Play Fullscreen Resolution Issues

It is driving me crazy. Finally wanted to do a bit of gaming.

On the host PC (PC A) it plays perfectly full screen full resolution.

On PC B I now want to stream (remote ply) into PC A but on PC B it doesn't go full screen.

PC A:



PC B Stream:

Select Stream:



Game Launches in this square window with black bars on the side. Terrible res as well.




If I RDC into PC A and launch it there, it is showing full screen full res.

If I RDC into PC A while Stream Launched from PC B, it is showing in that lower res.

Settings in game still shows 1920x1080 even though it shows those black bars on the side.

Argh!

Yes! Got it working.

On the PC A (the pc hosting the game), go into Steam Settings > Remote Play > Advanced Host Options > Change Desktop Resolution to match straming client > Checked.
