I have had issues since last year downloading a game, it will get stuck on downloading.. and wont go any further. Purchased it. Will wait for WA's server, maybe that helps

Does it specify why it's down or for how long it will be down? That link is blocked from my side :/

Nah its just someone else complaining about it being down.

There is a thread on the Steam forums for downtime announcements btw. Not sure if this is your current issue.

We'll be having a network maintenance window of up to 15 minutes in length, tomorrow (Jan 7), sometime between midnight and 06:00 PST (GMT-0800). Chat, game lobbies, purchasing, and the community web site will be affected.
