Steam?

Is it possible to connect to (and use) Steam on Cell C HSPA?

I keep on getting error: -130 all the time, i.e. cannot connect to server yet strangely enough I can login.

It was possible, used it 2010 - Feb 2012 got ADSL after that so do not know if anything changed since then.

Did it work before battletoad? Do you have any firewalls on your system?

Try typing in inetcpl.cpl in run (windowskey+R), go to the connections tab, lan settings. Are any of the check-boxes checked? Take down all of the info just in case, untick all the boxes, click ok , click ok and then reset the PC to try again.
