Steaming options from ISP's for best results

Hi,

My setup:

Netflix, accessed via browser using Browsec addon. [My desktop PC]

Lounge Setup:

P4 running Windows 7 and the following, Kodi + Genesis + IPTVStalker + ivue TV Guide

Current ISP is Cybersmart Capped account 150GB + 1000GB Nightrider on a 10MB line.

Netflix plays suberb no issues whatsoever, Kodi + Genesis, perfect as well no issues streaming.

Live TV is were the problem lies, it can work for hours no issues, or buffer every 3 to 4 mins [buffer time is quick]

So I am wanting to know if you have the above or similar, what ISP you are using without any issues.

I don't download torrents or NZB or whatever, as i can stream pretty much anything i want.

You need something IS based if you want perfect streaming.

Any particular one or will any IS based ISP product work? I presume no uncapped only capped accounts, does it matter whether home or business capped? Will have a look and see what the options are.
