I haven't seen much of these kids(and I know the question wasn't directed at me) but there's some info about Palosschi in the January issue of 442 magazine. Here's what they said about him (If your looking for info)

last season Paloschi was a reletive unkown. Then, in a league match in February, with Milan struggling o break down Sienna, he was sent on by Carlo Ancelotti. After 18 seconds he scored the winning goal with his first touch, running onto a ball over the defence and smashing a shot across the goalkeeper. Ancelotti stood on the touchlne , chuckling at his own Genius.
Quick, agile and a natural finisher, Paloschi went on to make seven first team appearances last season, scoring wo goals, and he got two more for Italy's U19s in this summers European Championships.
With the arival of Ronaldinho and Andriye Schevchenko to an already heavyweight roster of Milan attackers, Paloschi's chances of regular first team play would have been limited this season; but his ambition is such that he prefered to be loaned out to Serie B's Parma rather than return to the shadows.
His impact at Parma was much slower; he had to wait until his second match - in a friendly against poor old Siena- before getting off the mark. In a 4-1 win, Paloschi netted twice and struck up a good rapport with fellow striker Cristiano Lucarelli.
Milan will be hoping he's ready to step up to Serie A full time next season.
