What do you guys think of the Steinhoff and Wiese combo.

Looks like it's going to be exciting times ahead.

for me, it's a tough one as I think they are sticking their fingers into so many pies - that said, they've been doing it for a while, and they seem to be good at it. Heard (so could be wrong) a forward P/E of around 12 - so not expensive. Logistics, manufacturing and retail over most continents - basically a mini EFT.

Umbrella Corporation?

He is their not sure of his shareholder value. But read this morning a possibility of shoprite being added to the mix going forward.

Wiese was aiming shoprite since before pepkor this is definitely a perfect addition.

Would love to work for them so much you can learn.

They just need to add Johan Rupert to the mix then I think you will have a dream team.

Is it a good thing I bought some of their shares earlier this month?
I think they will do well going forward. Going after ikea so in the long run probably yes.

I was wondering about the same thing today.

Ainsley Holdings which is wholly owned by Steinhoff is currently offering rights. I made a thread about it over here
