anyone els getting congestion issue after 8 pm in week ?

we had no issue Friday and Saturday but Sunday evening @ 8pm and the entire last week 8pm on the dot congestion where upload speed is useless, our download is fine we can stream but anything that requires upload goes to hell.

I've tried 4 different isp's and all get same issue uncapped and capped accounts.

same issue was experienced in November then when the holiday's started everything was 100%, entire December and first week of January we had no issues with uploads or downloads.

which part of town are you in?

I haven't noticed any congestion greater than normal for a Sunday evening... probably around 20% worse than on weekdays, but still fine. I'm in Paradyskloof.

die boord area, its so bad we can't play any online games after 8pm as it lags to bad due to upload speeds. but download is fine....

I stay in Simonswyk and have actually been noticing this since end December. Before that my connection used to be stable (that being the SA version of stable). Since then my latency have been going up and down, international latency fluctuating with 100ms at a time and speed fluctuating between 0.7Mbps and 5Mbps
