Is anyone else having major issues in Stellenbosch on the 021 886 **** exchange the last few weeks? It's been getting steadily worse and I decided to quantify the issues seeing as I'm not working from the office and glorious fibre tonight.

Now I know Vox is having issues today, but others ISPs aren't much better (and like I said, it's been an ongoing thing).
