step by step guide opening nat on xbox 360 or ps3

Hi

Can somebody please help me wit a step by step guide setting my siemens giga 762sx nat to open and al the settings for the xbox 360 and ps3 .The problem is with the online connection via both consoles for online gaming wit call of duty modern warfare 2. Cant connect to server or just waiting the whole time.

Thanks Naeem i did that but when i do the network settings as directed it does not show on my xbox nat open or strict or anything
