Stereo Mix Help

Hey,

My microphone is working 100%, and feeds perfectly into SAM Broadcaster, and when I switch to Stereo Mix, the other sounds (Windows Sounds) also go perfectly the way I want them to, but when Stereo Mix is enabled, the microphone is really really soft
anyone have any ideas how to get the volume up?

It was fine with Windows XP, just not with Vista which im using now
