WTF ? Stiffies ? Windows 98 ? Um, we are in the year 2005 (nearly 2006), most modern PC's don't even come with Stiffy drives anymore. A machine running Win98 should be thrown out the window.

You see it goes like this. Some winXP disks have a corruption on them where when loading directly from the cd they don't unpack some files whereby you then can't get DirectX9 installed at all. For some reason if you then install it from win98 it works fine.
