Need help to decide which cell phone provider is the best i am currently on Vodacom and was on Mtn for many years but experienced the lack of service they give is it worth to hop onto another provider and then get the same service why is it so hard to listen and rectify when something goes wrong why should the customer take back seat and pay for errors that occurred whit their networks . im not tech savvy but would like some insite into this.

All the service providers can account for poor and excellent service at times. Depends on how lucky you are.

They all suck.
Guess it comes down to which one can give you the phone you really want at the cheapest contract.
I am currently on Vodacom & MTN, but 8.ta has very good deals if you and your friends/family are all on 8.ta's network. They give you a lot of free minutes to use on the same network (please take note Vodacom & MTN) and you can phone one landline number for free.
CellC also has some brilliant prepaid offers, but I'm leaning towards 8.ta, as Telkom has much more cash than CellC.
