Still doing "siezes" every day?

WTF does that even mean. At my local corner shop there is an old poster advertising MTN data with the headline of my post?
Every time it baffles me, and as of today it has irked me enough to publically admit I have no idea wtf they are on about.

Care to enlighten me?
 
OP is surely trolling. How can an adult not have heard about siezes?

If we want to play rewind, you are going to have to turn that tape with a pencil for a very and very long time to get to a point before my first-born South(ern) African generation.

Eh them I'm probably a half breed. Mother is South African, father is a Belgian import.
