Hey Cool Ideas! I just wanted to reach out to you here and say thank you. I'm still very happy with my decision to switch over to you. I'm still getting good service from you. In my dealings with your support staff, everyone has been efficient, helpful and friendly. Yes, I do experience the odd dip in fibre line speed every now and then (Frogfoot is the provider) but your team seems to be on it before I need to contact you, and it corrects quickly. 6 happy months of internet access. I am grateful.
