I am ready to kick MTN into touch after being a customer since 1995!
Ever since getting a new Samsung Galaxy in January 2015, I have not been able to get voice mail for more than a day after it has been "fixed".
Is it really so difficult to make sure that a customer can actually get voice mail? It's worked quite happily for 20 years, so why is it broken now?
