Still selling etags - or refunding?

So SANRAL had 4 of its brightest sitting in an orange van at the Woodmead Makro today - a Sunday.

Hadn't a clue if they were selling or doing refunds but there were absolutely no customers either way.

I thought about asking but I don't speak idiot.

Apparently they can still sell them, to paraphrase the ETC CEO "this delay gives more time for people to register and buy e-tags".
