Still waiting for installation

I am still waiting for Openserve to install my fibre line. I signed up with Afrihost and cancelled my fixed LTE line with them last month. Now it is the new month and I am sitting without internet!

They say lead time is around 7 days but I have no feedback. I've spoke to Afrihost support many times who said they escalated the issue but I am still waiting.
