Still waiting for my parcel

I odered Rain 4G 24/7 sim on the 17th of May and Ram Couriers came to deliver my sim on the 23rd of May and refused to deliver my sim because I had a different proof of residence to the address of delivery and I've been emailing Rain and Ram to ask them what a going on and now that I have the correct documents I'm still waiting for feedback or when my sim will be delivered ,but still no luck as to what's happening please kindly help me out its so frustrating that I have to wait so long for something I have already paid for,and Ram is such a terrible service Provider when it comes to service

Seems RAM is a common denominator when it comes to bad service/delivery posts. I know someone else who is waiting for their Rain sim from RAM.
