Stirfry recipe?

I need a beef & veg stirfry recipe so post away.

I use McCain's stirfry vegetables.

I also pour in a can of coconut cream and some curry powder ... but I usually use chicken strips ... but then it turns out to be less of a stirfry and more of a moist chicken dish.

Of course a couple of other things are also added, like garlic and soy sauce etc. and cooked noodles at the end.

It doesn't look pretty but it has a ton of flavour.

this is pretty much one of our favourite dishes.

usually just buy those bags of cabbage/carrots/etc stirfry mix

chicken, garlic, chili, ginger, some random spice mix at the time, coconut milk and chinese noodles - amazing
