I got my open beta key this weekend but no sign of any game client or anything
Everyone is saying the open beta starts tomorrow but Cryptic haven't said anything

Closed Beta Testing
* Wednesday Jan 6th - 11am to 8pm (9 hour test)
* Saturday Jan 9 - 10am through Monday Jan 11 - 10am (48 hour test)
Open Beta Testing
* Tuesday Jan 12 - 10am through Tuesday Jan 26 - 10am

Q: Will there be updates to the game between these play times?
Yes. Our goal is that there is a new patch with bug fixes prior to every play test. During Open Beta we will also be rolling out an update or two. We'll have a final build out for Head Start.
Q: Who can play during Closed Beta Testing?
Anyone who has received a Closed Beta invite whether you were a CO Lifetime subscriber, STO website applicant, or you were invited by Cryptic or one of our partners (such as Fileplanet)
Q: Who can play during Open Beta Testing?
Anyone who played in Closed Beta up to that point plus anyone who pre-ordered plus anyone else invited by Cryptic and partners
Q: Who can play during Head Start?
Only those who have a pre-order key. Closed or Open beta access does not grant access into Head Start.
Q: Are we going to character wipe?
Yes - just prior to Open Beta and again prior to Head Start
Q: Are we fixing bugs?
Yes. You will see some of the outstanding bugs squashed in the Wednesday play test, and then tons more in the Saturday to Monday test.
Q: Are we going to make combat easier?
Yes. We are continuing to make combat balance changes and we aren't done yet. We expect to have our final major combat tweaks in during Open Beta.
Q: Are we going to add more play testing time for Closed Beta?
Yes we have and we continue to do so this week. We added another play test last Saturday, and we've adding an extended play test Wednesday from 11am to 8pm.
Q: Are we going to fix the ATI video card issue?
Yes. We have our compatibility lab investigating and reproducing this issue locally. We will work with ATI to get a fix in asap. Might not be in for Wednesday, but we do expect it before Open Beta.
Q: Are we fixing the issue with players that can't log in?
The majority of these issues boil down to a corrupted patch, attempting to log in without a proper key applied, or a character that has a corrupt costume or item on them. We expect many of these issues to be addressed when we character wipe, and until then we have a developer investigating each issue to see if they can manually fix the characters. When in doubt uninstall and reinstall a fresh patch.
Q: When are we going to re-open Star Clusters?
We hope to have these exploration missions available by Open Beta, and perhaps as soon as this weekend.
Q: When are we turning on the Auction House or Fleet Contact?
Hopefully Wednesday, if not then definitely this weekend.
Q: When are we going to fix "<younameit>"?
We have the team working 7 days a week (no joke) to crush as many bugs as possible prior to launch. While we may not get every little thing, we are triaging these bugs based on how much they impact players. We will continue to push fixes and patches up to and through launch.
Q: When will Bridges be available?
We are close. We have most of the bridges setup, but we don't want to turn it on until all of them are hooked up. We expect this in by Open Beta, and before if possible.
Q: When can I go to Memory Alpha and trade in all this stuff I found?
This should be in starting Wednesday. This is our fist test of this system so we'll need you to test it out and we will most likely do some slight tweaks before Open Beta.
