Stock 775 HSF compatible with 478?

I've just replaced my stock 775 cooler of my 630 with a Zalman 7000 cooler.

Will I be able to use the stock cooler on an older Socket 478 P4?

Nope, wont work. Fortunately, some after market fan and heatsinks aren't expensive. Take a look at Sybaritic's selection

OK, no problem. The 478 CPU already has a cooler, I just considered sticking my 775 cooler on it, which is bigger, to keep it a bit cooler.
