Stone age internet speeds!?!?!?

Was it just me or was everyones internet hella slow this morning?
At first I could only connect to iburst.co.za so I though that I was being forced to buy more bandwidth which i did and it didnt help. Now my sppeds seem to be ok... 3 hours down the line

There was a cable break in Johannesburg.... which affected transfer speeds at Vodacom and iBurst.
